Built by a teacher. Trusted by schools.
I'm an ex-teacher who builds digital products for education — platforms used by 600+ schools across 15 countries. While schools pour money into generic, off-the-shelf platforms, I build bespoke tools that actually fit. I also work with businesses outside education who want the same care and attention.
Education Portfolio
Having spent years in the classroom, I understand how schools actually work — the budgets, the safeguarding, the term-time pressures. Every product here was designed with that knowledge baked in.

A psychometric coaching platform built on one principle: change doesn't happen by handing a student a screen. VESPA measures the five non-cognitive skills that predict A-Level success, then generates a shared report that staff and students build together — creating the foundation for real coaching conversations between trusted adults and young people. Used by 600+ schools across 15 countries.

AI-powered GCSE & A-Level flashcard app with spaced repetition, exam-board aligned content, and F0LIO — a digital lever arch file system for two-year revision journeys.

Leadership development platform for Drew Povey's 7Cs framework — Curiosity, Change-ability, Charisma, Connection, Confidence, Collaboration and Courage. Full brand identity and digital presence.

Parent brand hub unifying VESPA Academy, FL4SH, and SPARK under one identity. Dark/gold editorial aesthetic with organic bubble logo marks.

Author website for award-winning thriller writer Martin Griffin — showcasing The Second Stranger, The Last Visitor, and his YA fiction catalogue. Blog, press kit, and contact integration.
The Approach

Schools are spending enormous sums on one-size-fits-all platforms built by companies who've never set foot in a classroom. The evidence is mounting that much of this technology isn't working — and in some cases, it's making things worse.
Countries like Sweden have already started pulling back. A 2025 Nuffield Foundation report found a lack of evaluation and oversight across the edtech industry, with schools purchasing through "word of mouth or lured by big marketing and hype." Academy chain leaders are publicly questioning whether devices are any more beneficial than traditional methods. And in staffrooms everywhere, teachers know what the data is finally catching up to: generic tools built for shareholders don't serve students.
"Students who use computers very frequently at school do a lot worse in most learning outcomes."
OECD international review of computers in education
The UK government has committed £4m toward developing AI tools to help teachers with marking and lesson planning. But you don't need to wait for a government programme. AI has already rewritten the economics. The kind of bespoke, targeted tool that would have cost a school tens of thousands to commission can now be built for a fraction of that — tailored to your exact processes, your data, your staff needs. Not a platform you pay to access. A tool you own.
Report writing that understands your school's tone of voice. Data processing that matches your MIS. Feedback generation aligned to your marking policy. Admin automation that frees up the hours your staff actually need — so you can redirect that budget to where it makes a real difference.
To be clear: I'm not anti-technology in schools. I build edtech for a living. But there's a world of difference between generic platforms that park a student in front of a screen and tools designed to put insight into the hands of the adults who know those students best. VESPA Academy doesn't replace the coaching conversation — it creates the reason for one. That's the standard everything I build is held to: does this make the human interaction better, or does it replace it?
I build these tools because I've stood where you're standing. I know what eats a teacher's time. And I know what a school can actually afford.

What I Do
You talk directly to the person who writes the code. No account managers, no handoffs, no surprises.
Bespoke AI tools that free up staff time — automating report writing, generating personalised feedback, processing data, and handling the mundane admin that eats into teaching hours. Built to match your school's processes, not the other way around.
Bespoke websites designed around your business. From single landing pages to full multi-page sites. No templates, no page builders — just clean, purposeful code.
Custom web apps with user accounts, dashboards, data management, and third-party integrations. Built on modern stacks that scale when you do.
Logo design, colour systems, typography, and complete brand asset libraries. Everything you need to look like you've been doing this for years.
Cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android. App Store publishing, subscription billing via RevenueCat, and ongoing updates and support.
Technical SEO, local search optimisation, Google Analytics, and Core Web Vitals. Built into every project from day one — not bolted on after.
About
I'm Tony Dennis, founder of 4Sight Education and the developer behind VESPA Academy, FL4SH, and a growing portfolio of client websites and apps.
I started my career as a teacher — which means I don't just build websites for schools, I understand how they work from the inside. The budgets, the data protection requirements, the term-time timelines, and the fact that the person commissioning the site is probably also covering a Year 11 class at lunch.
That experience now extends well beyond education. I work with small businesses, startups, authors, and consultancies who want someone who actually listens, builds what they asked for, and doesn't disappear after launch.
I'm a one-person operation by design. When you email me, I reply. When we discuss your project, I'm the one who writes the code. No layers, no handoffs.
